At Next Step Neuropsychology, we offer clear, upfront pricing for comprehensive in-home neuropsychological evaluations and online adult ADHD assessments. Our flat fees cover the entire evaluation process, with no unexpected charges.
Our comprehensive evaluations help individuals better understand concerns related to memory loss, Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, traumatic brain injury (TBI), ADHD, and other neurological or cognitive conditions.
We assess memory, attention, executive functioning, language, and visuospatial abilities to help clarify potential diagnoses, identify cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and guide individualized recommendations.
Your evaluation includes:
A $250 deposit is required to schedule the clinical interview. The remaining $2,250 is due at the in-home testing appointment. Payment is accepted by credit card (including eligible HSA/FSA cards) or check.
Our online adult ADHD evaluations are designed for New Hampshire residents seeking to better understand difficulties with attention, organization, impulsivity, or executive functioning.
The evaluation includes a comprehensive clinical interview and assessment of ADHD symptoms, along with consideration of other conditions, such as anxiety or depression, that may contribute to these difficulties.
This service is appropriate when comprehensive cognitive testing is not necessary.

Yes, Next Step Neuropsychology accepts Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Neuropsychological evaluations are generally eligible medical expenses when conducted for diagnostic purposes, although eligibility depends on your plan and individual circumstances.
Many commercial insurance plans cover medically necessary neuropsychological evaluations. However, Next Step Neuropsychology is a private-pay practice and does not bill commercial insurance directly.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.
We can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt containing information your insurance company may need to process a claim, including the services provided and relevant billing codes. You can submit this document to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
We recommend contacting your insurance company before scheduling to ask about your out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.
Next Step Neuropsychology does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Medicare patients may receive evaluations on a private-pay basis, but Medicare will not reimburse them for these services. We do not bill Medicaid.
